Global Information Services (GIS) provides information services and technical support for all of ConocoPhillips.

Responsibilities/Duties:

* Reviewing requirements documents provided by business analysts in order to provide time assessments, resource requirements, and project plans for completing web application solutions.
* Designing and architect web application solutions, incorporating usability standards and best practices.
* Utilizing the project lifecycle process to take a project from concept phase to implementation.
* Design / develop / test / deploy web applications.
* Perform enhancements, maintenance, and break/fix support for web applications.
* Generate support documentation for web applications.
* Mentoring less-experienced developers as needed, including new hires, interns, and contractors.
* Providing leadership for both development and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

Basic/Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
* 3 plus years experience developing ASP.NET applications using C#
* 3 plus years experience with SQL Server databases, including stored procedures
* HTML, DHTML & XHTML experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field
* Experience with Oracle databases, including stored procedures
* XML & XSL development experience
* JavaScript experience
* Third party API experience
* Experience with web testing tools
* Project development lifecycle experience
* Limited Java experience is helpful but not required
